This list will only help if your DVR has a serial number that starts with "WT". If your DVR does not start with "WT", please use the Contact Us page to send us your serial number.
To reset the password of your DVR, you must have a monitor connected to it.
Log into the DVR from the main menu on the connected monitor using the password from the downloads below.
Once logged in, you will be able to change your password from the System Settings - Accounts page using the same password by following the picture instructions below.
