How to Factory Reset an Ironpixel B Camera
Two ways to factory reset an Ironpixel B camera: from the Search Tools utility on your PC, or from the camera's own web interface. A reset returns all settings to defaults — use it for forgotten passwords or a fresh start.
Heads up: a factory reset wipes the camera's configuration, including users and passwords. In the web method you can keep the IP settings by ticking Retain network configuration before resetting.
Method 1 — Search Tools (no login needed)
Install Search Tools
Download it for Windows or Mac from our Ironpixel B software & tools section, and run it on a computer connected to the same network as the camera.
Search and select the camera
Click Start Search — every camera on the LAN appears with its IP, model and serial number. Tick the camera you want to reset.
Click Batch Reset
Press Batch Reset at the bottom of the window. The camera reboots with factory settings.

Method 2 — Camera web interface
Log in to the camera
Enter the camera's IP address in a browser and sign in. (If you don't know the IP, Search Tools from Method 1 will show it.)
Open Factory Reset
Go to Configuration → System → Factory Reset.
Restore defaults
Optionally tick Retain network configuration to keep the IP address and ports, then click Restore to Factory Default settings.
