Password reset with SADP Tool

This reset method only applies to both ip cameras and recorders.   Step 1: Select your device by checking the box from the left side of SADP Tool. Step 2: Select "Forgot Password" on the bottom right corner of the tool. Step 3: Export your reset file Step 4: Send this file on this page: https://securitysystemdepot.com/pages/contact-us If you do not already have SADP tool, click here to download it. Please note that password resets may take up to 1 business day to complete.  During this time, you must ensure your device does not lose power, and do not reboot your device.
